What’s included?

Cruise rates are inclusive of all onboard meals and snacks, beverages (water, juice, soda, beer, wine, and rum punch), port charges and taxes, and complimentary use of snorkel gear for the week.

Rates are in US funds, per person based upon double occupancy, unless noted otherwise.

Travel Insurance

We strongly suggest purchasing trip insurance to protect your investment. Travel insurance provides benefits to protect the cost of your travel arrangements, your belongings, and most importantly, you.

Solo Sailors

For those traveling solo, we offer the option of paying the published cruise rate and being paired with a same sex cabin mate. Solo Sailors also have the option of booking a private cabin for a premium “Single Supplement” rate. Single Supplement rates are not valid in Owners’ Suite and are subject to blackout dates. Summer Youth Rate

$999 Summer Youth Special is for young people ages 8-18 at the time of sailing. Youth rate available on six night cruises during the months of June, July and August. Youth must be accompanied by an adult or guardian and rate may not be combined with other discounts. Youth rate applies to Standard Cabins.

Reservations & Payment Terms

Reservations Procedure
A cruise deposit of $500 per guest ($1000 per guest for trips longer than six nights) is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation and protect your reservation from price increases. Deposit for Single Supplement reservations is $1000.

Deposits must be received within 24 hours from the time of booking. For reservations made within 90 days of the sailing date, full payment must be received within 24 hours from the time of booking.

Failure to submit payment within 24 hours will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

Acceptable Forms of Payment
We accept Visa, Master Card, or Discover. Personal and agency checks are welcome outside of 30 days of sailing. Payments made by check must be drawn on a US bank in US funds.

Final Payment
Final Payment is due no later than 90 days prior to sailing or space will be canceled and deposit forfeited. All bookings made within 90 days of sailing require immediate payment in full.

Checks will not be accepted for payment within 30 days of sailing.

Reservations are subject to cancellation if payment is not received by the due date.

Payment requirements for groups and charters will differ.

Children
Children ages 8 and older are welcome aboard Island Windjammers. Guests 17 years of age or less must be accompanied by an adult.
